Online registration for the race on 22 November 2026 is now open. To register as an international participant, choose one of the options below.

international entry

The online race entry fee is £80 and includes entry to the pre-race pasta party.

Online participants can also enter the Entoto Sunrise 3K in the forests at Entoto, which takes place on the morning of Saturday 21st November 2026.
